What an excellant stay, nothing too much trouble. Exceptionally comfortable property with very, very nice stuff and INCREDIBLE location near port. Location just off attractions near Porto as well as a Metro station. For tea or coffee visit Il Pomodorino Cafe nearby.

The double room we stayed in was spacious and had good facilities including new soaps.

We stayed in a modern double room with prosecco, a nice view, for instance. A coffeemaker and fridges were nice.

Comfortable beds, air conditioner, sofa set in the room, and a beautiful sea view from the window make this place a great choice.

This hotel is in a prime location, right next to a Metro station and close to all the sites. It's perfect for exploring the historic center of the city. The rooms on the 5th floor are spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need. Plus, the breakfast included is a great bonus!

No complaints, everything was excellent!

The double room was modern and had a comfy bed. the room included a mini-fridge-bar, climate control, and a work desk. - the hotel is conveniently located close to the Subway & Main train station. - There is a cafe next door to the hotel.

Everything was very clean and the room was comfortable with air conditioning and mosquito screens. the location was ideal for exploring the city, with a metro station just outside and a short walk to the port for ferries to nearby destinations. the host was friendly and helpful, providing good communication via text messages.

Breakfast was not provided at the hotel, although a voucher was given for a nearby cafe. the breakfast consisted of just a croissant and coffee, which was not very filling and could have had a wider range of options.

The hotel's location near a Metro station made transportation around the city convenient. Beyond that, it was situated close to all the sites, including the historic centre, very accessible. the hotel's cleanliness was excellent and the facilities were modern and up-to-date.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of Suite Napoletana was perfect for us, being close to the center but in a quieter area. We enjoyed the convenience of having two good restaurants nearby and a tourism agency just a short walk away. The owner was helpful and even helped us book a taxi to the airport at a much lower price. The included coffees and teas were a nice touch. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location was really great, just a few steps away from the metro station. It was easy to explore the city from there. The room was also quite clean and spacious which made our stay comfortable. The bonus was the breakfast, which was just amazing. We were able to start our day with a delicious coffee and croissant before heading out to explore the city.

Our xmas experience was not up to our expectations. The lighting in the room was not very good, it was quite dim and not very cozy for xmas.

I had an excellent stay at Suite Napoletana. the location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city, with a Metro station right next door. As a single female traveler, I felt safe walking around the area. There were plenty of good eateries nearby, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the couch, waterfall shower, and fridge in the room. the wifi and heating worked well, and there was even a lift for those with heavy bags. The complimentary Italian breakfast in the cafe next door was a great start to the day. Cons: Could not be improved in any way! 👌.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities like fresh water bottles and new soaps are a nice touch. I also loved that the room had a smart TV, so I could easily sign in to my Netflix account. And the breakfast, served at the café next door, was simple yet delicious.
